Authentic and Easy Shrimp Curry

Gloomy Day Smoothie

Pretty good! I'll make it again. My husband gave it 4.5 stars, technically. He says we need to get 'real' mangoes from India!!

WOW! I loved it, my coworkers loved it, my husband, my neighbors. I fed e'body!! So good!! I accidentally put 2 cups of pecans in the cake batter; but it wasn't overload. Still: Mmmm!!! And, frosting was great; so nice & smooth!!!!!!! I'll always use this frosting recipe for all my cream cheese frostings.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Good. I could have handled more sweetness; but the hubby would prefer less. I'm the 'sweet' one. Good though! I added onion and red pepper to give it more color, etc. I added about a TSP of red cayenne pepper to satisfy his 'hot' lips.

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

I sprinkled in a pinch of curry powder too! And, i think the salt was a lil' bit much; next time, I'll trim off a little. But: DEEEEEEELISH! I'll make this recipe again and again!!!
