Baked French Toast
I thought this might be a good recipe for Christmas morning, but decided to try it beforehand and make sure it was good. I halfed the recipe and made a few changes that the other viewers had mentioned. I omitted the milk and didn't lay them flat, but angled them. I tried to flip them half way through, but it was difficult because they were so soggy. They cooked fine, but looked unappealing. My husband said they were too sweet. I wasn't that impressed with this recipe and probably won't make them again.
