Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
O..M...G... This recipe rocks! I just tried it and did as some other reviewer suggested and baked instead of fried. I don't have a clue what Old Bay seasoning is so I added Montreal steak spice instead..What a good kick! I also used Italian Seasoned bread crumbs...added a little sea salt, pepper and basil. I had to use EXTRA breadcrumbs because the mix was too wet. It worked out fine!! It was tricky because I made a big batch using 3 eggs in the mix. I just eyeballed the breadcrumbs until I felt the consistency was patti-able. Thanks for this awesome idea!

Real French Crepes
Come on people. Grease your pan a little. Let this sit for awhile after mixing- I let it sit for a little over a half hour. It makes all the difference. Unless you add anything to the mix OF COURSE its not going to taste like anything, try a little vanilla extract or cinnamon if you're using it for a dessert. In French fast food places here in MTL they use a small lattle to pour it on a flat round frying plate and make a spiral as thought drawing it starting from the middle so it comes out EXTREMELY thin. So good and so versatile!! Throw some ham, cheese and asparagus in the middle and fold it in half..mmmmm

Steff's Shepherd Pie
Pretty good!!! I substituted the reg potatoes for red potatoes and left the skin on when i mashed them. I added a tablespoon of butter, 1/4 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of veggie broth to give them a flavor. I also substituted the beans for a can of corn. I cooked the meat with some onion and garlic. It was absolutely AWESOME. Will make this again for sure!!
