Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Really good recipe, I added some poultry seasoning, 1 can cr. of chicken and 1 can of cr. of mushroom, can of diced potatoes very creamy, left overs I took out any dumplings and froze the chicken mixture, makes a good quick meal from the freezer like a chicken ala king.

Cream Puffs

I have been making these pastries since I was a teenager, in my late 50's now, I make the pastries small then slice them and make little sandwiches, out of ham salad, crab salad,shrimp salad,they are always a hit. People are quite impressed with my culinary abilities.
