Apple Squares

I thought this was somewhat sweet. I would cut back on the sugars next time. Also they were hard to cut into squares. Seemed too soft. My husband devoured them though. Thanks

This is an awsome recipe. I made this, this past weekend for company and it went over like nothing before. The only thing is this does not serve 8. I,m glad I had another meat because it would not have been enough. I had six adults. The change I made reading other reviews was to change the ketchup for two cups of barbecue sauce. The meal was sooooooo tasty and simple. It was done in four hours, falling off the bone. This is a keeper. Thanks.

Garlicky Green Beans with Mushrooms

Mozzarella Mushroom Chicken

Strawberry Pie

This was excellent, however my crust bubbled up in the center. I did use the foil as recommended,but it did not work for me. I usually prick with a fork. I guess I did something wrong. But the pie filling was excellent. Will make again,Thanks

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was excellent. I used chicken broth instead of water and I put unpeeld red potatoes right in with the pork. They soaked up all the flavor of the juice. Wil ldefinately make again. Thanks

Lemon Pudding Cake I

I was very disappointed in this recipe. My Mother used to make this when I was a child in the 1940's. I have been trying to find a recipe for years and decided to try this. Instead of the lemon being a sauce, it was more like pie filling,(thick).I also thought the taste was bland. I followed this recipe to the letter. I would not make this again.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

I followed the basic recipe but added a few things of my own. I put carotts and mushrooms on the bottom, onion soup mix on top of the roast and added 3/4 cup of water and tbsp. of worstershire sauce. Cooked for 8 hrs on low and served with mashed potatoes. Very tender and the sauce was excellent.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

This was very tasty, however like some of the other reviews, the sausage was mushy. I added some Dijon mustard, small potatoes and onion and garlic. I think the cooking time should be shorter.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This was great. I had guests and all enjoyed it. I did not add a thing, even after reading reviews. I used more pork than it called for because it weighed more and it still was great.

Pasta with Hot Sausage Sauce

I have made this three times since I tried it in July. We just love it and I made it for different family members and shared with a neighbor. Everyone loved it. I did increase the sausage to 1 1/3 lbs as one reviewer suggested and it works. If you love Italian sausage and spicy food, this is a keeper. Elaine
