Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

I followed the basic recipe but added a few things of my own. I put carotts and mushrooms on the bottom, onion soup mix on top of the roast and added 3/4 cup of water and tbsp. of worstershire sauce. Cooked for 8 hrs on low and served with mashed potatoes. Very tender and the sauce was excellent.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

This was very tasty, however like some of the other reviews, the sausage was mushy. I added some Dijon mustard, small potatoes and onion and garlic. I think the cooking time should be shorter.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This was great. I had guests and all enjoyed it. I did not add a thing, even after reading reviews. I used more pork than it called for because it weighed more and it still was great.

Pasta with Hot Sausage Sauce

I have made this three times since I tried it in July. We just love it and I made it for different family members and shared with a neighbor. Everyone loved it. I did increase the sausage to 1 1/3 lbs as one reviewer suggested and it works. If you love Italian sausage and spicy food, this is a keeper. Elaine
