Quiche Lorraine I
This recipe is delicious. I followed others' suggestions and used 1 cup milk and 4 eggs. I added extra bacon. I wish I had made twice the amount - I am eating it so quickly. The only thing I wish is that there had been some guidance around what recipe to use for the crust.

Corn Chowder IV
This soup is growing on me... I didn't love it when I first made it, but I froze a bunch and I'm finding that I like it quite a bit. I followed other suggestions and added a can of corn. Also, some people said it was too watery. The recipe doesn't really say, but I think maybe you are supposed to drain the potatoes after you boil them, rather than keeping the water in the pot. I took out about half the water and it was fine, but maybe slightly too watery. Next time I would take out more of the water.

Buttery Corn Bread
This was extremely easy to make, and it came out very well. I find it a little dry, but maybe I overcooked it. I would definitely recommend this.
