Filipino Lumpia
Very Good! Every one enjoyed. Will make again. We used a sweet chili sauce to dip them in and it made it even better

Wilted Spinach Salad
Excellent recipe. READ Carefully. The last 2 eggs/sauce mixture is added to bacon grease on burner and simmered. I simmered for much longer than 1 minute to get the sauce right (about 3min). The sauce turns out great and eggs are cooked.

Broccoli Rice Casserole
It was a good side dish with minimal effort. I will be using this recipe again, but nothing that knocked the socks off in the flavor department.
