This is absolutely the best soup I've ever had. My entire family loves it! I make a few enhancements as noted by previous cooks...I add: one or two cans of black beans, 2 T. cumin, fresh pepper and onion instead of frozen, two veggie cubes (Knorr), fresh cilantro, the juice from one lime, and (only) ONE chipotle pepper from a can. I puree the soup somewhat before adding corn and black beans.
