I absolutely loved this. My brother stopped over a few days after I made it and said it was the best chili he had ever had and was extremely impressed with my cooking abilities (or reading abilities). I didn't change a thing except that I couldn't find the tomatillos and used salsa verde like everyone else. And PS- stewed tomatoes are disgusting and are not the same thing as diced. Whoops.

I liked this and will eat the leftovers but it's not 5 star amazing. It's meatloaf... Can meatloaf ever be 5 stars people?!

Dee-lish. I added a little more cheese because I'm from the midwest and that's what we do. I had this with green beans and brown sugar meatloaf (also from Allrecipes). Great dinner!
