When it is "banana season" in Puna, my neighbors bring me lots of racks of bananas because I have a dehydrator. This time, I thought I'd try something different. I have never made banana bread before, so I was stoked to find a very good recipe that was easy to do. I have a convection oven, so the time was shorter, and the banansa were my favorite type, "apple bananas". they are very sweet naturally, so this is more like a cake than a bread, to me. Love it, going to share it with my writing group if they get here before I eat the whole thing!
