Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
I don't like chewy cookies, so i use shortenings, instead of butter & shortening. For extra touch, i also added one teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Bake it in 160C for 20 mins. The cookies came out light, moist, and crunchy. This is definitely the perfect texture in peanut butter cookies for me! Many thanks for the recipe!

Meatball Cookies
Well, this recipe is my new alternative to make chocolate cookie which all started look the same. I doubled the ground clove and add 6 tbsp honey, plus refrigerate it for a night to make the dough more stiff. The flavour is unique and it smells good. I also used chocolate icing, but decide it taste better without the icing. Thank for this recipe. =)

White Chocolate Blondies
Very dissapointing. I follow this recipe and just add a handful of almond. I bake it 175C for 25 minutes, and when it's done the texture wasn't soft, wasn't fudgy at all but not-good-chewy and rubbery. It has nice flavour though. I don't think i'll make this recipe again.
