Good scones, except when they went into the oven, they flattened out with pancakes! LOL They were still delicious, but not like the British scones I've had. These scones were sweeter, lighter, and more like cake. I didn't use currants or raisins though. Thanks for the recipe anyway! :)

WOW! Today I made these muffins for the first time, and I think this is the only blueberry muffin recipe I will every use again! They were great! They were perfectly moist and delicious! I was in a rush so I made a few mistakes on the recipe, but they turned out great! The first mistake I made (which wasn't so great) was that I was making the deli-sized muffins, and I forgot to double the recipe! The only bad thing about that was that I have no more than three muffins for me! :( The next mistake I made was with the topping. I cooked it halfway (about 20 min) and I forgot to put the topping on! I quickly rushed it on, but it still tasted great in the end! Thanks SO much for putting this recipe on here! :D OH and PS I too put a little more milk in the batter because it was realllly too thick without it! :)
