Vegetable Beef Minestrone
This soup was so good!!!! Everyone loved it. Although I did make a few changes. I used kindney beans instead of chick peas and I added 2 cans of beef broth and 3/4 cup of water. I also added canned corn and used diced fireroasted tamatoes instead of stewed tamatoes. Yumm!! thanks so much for the recipie.

Owen's BBQ Chicken
This chicken was so gooood. The bbq sauce was easy and delicious. So crispy and juicy. I followed the recipie exactly except for the addition of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Great recipe.

Rainbow Pasta Salad II
The pasta dish is so good. I leave out the onions but add in chopped green bell pepper and black olives. Really good. Thanks.
