Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole
This is awesome! I made this for a vegetarian potluck, and it was the star dish... I used rotini, as that was what I had on hand. I'm sure you can use any pasta with this. I also used fresh spinach that I sauteed in a bit of olive oil. Yummy!

Hearty Multigrain Bread
I LOVE this recipe! Have made it a couple of times and it always turns out perfectly. I make the dough in the machine, then braid it and bake it on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. This time, I substituted more millet for the sesame seeds, and omitted the dry milk powder (I was out). The bread was just as good as always...!

Strawberry Chocolate Meringue
As I'm not a fan of meringue, I made the filling only and piped it into individual graham cracker tart shells. I topped each with 3 large strawberries and the melted chocolate, as stated in the recipe. Not only were they gorgeous, but they tasted heavenly. I will make this one again many, many times. Use this recipe if you're looking for a show-stopping dessert. VERY, very good!
