I am 37 yrs old and been cooking since I was 24... when I got married I didn't know how to boil water and yet over the years my determination has led me to learn the joys of cooking for my family. I get a kick out of making dishes that are not only delicious but appealing to the eye as well. Chicken enchiladas... made with a white sour creme based sauce, YUMMMM... my family comes running when I make them. On Sundays my family and I like to try new dishes. Sundays are family days we spend together cooking and eating great dinners and deserts! When I first started baking, I was trying to make a chocolate cake and mixed up the water and oil amounts in the recipe. It came out like a very flat brownie, my dad ate it but called it my 40 wt cake since it had so much oil.... :)
