Extreme Chocolate Cake
I bake cakes to sell for special occasions. I baked this for a lady's birthday. I baked it in 2, 9" square pans. Instead of the frosting, I made ganache and poured in between the layers and over the top, then made chocolate rectangles and put them around the two layers, for a "basket" look, then filled the top full of dark and white dipped chocolate strawberries, and tied a ribbon around the "basket" to look pretty. I had wonderful comments about it. The cake was very moist. It can even be eaten without any icing or ganache and taste great.

Caramel Pound Cake
This was wonderful. I cut back on the sugar, which I always do, and used a glaze of cooked butter, sugar, and heavy cream. It soaked into the warm cake and made it very moist. I will def. make it again.
