I guess I should say us... we are both from Brazil and love to eat home made food. We enjoy eating something new everyday; however, not many things come to our mind on a daily basis. Therefore, we always end up eating something very practical to make.
My favorite things to cook
I think that pasta is one of my favority dishes to make because it's sooo tasty and it reminds me so much of my childhood.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
This recipe is amazing. It's the second time that I make and thumbs up from my husband. Now, I had to change a bit the sauce for I'm not a big fan of dill so instead I made a sauce with chopped green onion, chopped garlic and garlic powder, 1/4 light mayo, 1/4 light yogurt and lemon juice. We liked a lot.
