I'm a stay at home Army wife, soon to be mommy to a little boy named Cash. I have been cooking since I was little. I tend to mix and match everything from the different foods I like. I'm used to cooking for my large family growing up. I tend to make family size meals.
My favorite things to cook
I tend to make a lot of mexican, irish, italian and southern food. I love making traditional southern dinners of Fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoe, fried okra/fried pickles and corn bread. Either that or Corned Beef and cabbage with red potatoes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I can't wait to be able to teach my son how to cook, because everyone women loves a man that can cook.

When I make anything I haven't made before and it comes out great.
My cooking tragedies
I made this macaroni beef with tomatoe sauce once that for some reason had no taste what so even. It kinda amazed my husband and I because it smelled so great.
