Chocolate Eclair Dessert
very easy to make. i madethe chocolate sauce recommended by the other reviewers i needed to take the dessert to a football dinner right after making this so i drizzled each graham cracker with hot water to soften them it worked pretty well.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
extremely easy to make i used fat free cream cheese. and my grocery store has a mexican shelf. i noticed the peppers were much cheaper there than on the condiment shelf.i also doubled the jalapenos.
