Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
Wow! Prepared this in under 2 minutes! So, so easy! I made strawberry and it was wonderful. Next time I may throw in a little rhubarb too. Or strawberries and peaches! Yummo!

Upside-Down Pizza
All my picky eaters like this. I also used 9 x 13 pan, and didn't have the pepperoni, but still good stuff!

Upside Down Pizza
All my picky eaters liked it! I combined this recipe with another on this site by Michel Doty since I had pizza sauce and can of refrigerated pizza dough. Good stuff!
