Followed the recipe exactly. I was nervous about using vinegar, especially when I got a little whiff of it while mixing the batter. But I gotta tell ya, these pancakes were absolutely scrumptious! They rose up light and fluffy and had a delicious homemade taste that beats the pancake mix hands down. I will join the ranks who've said they will start making these instead of the boxed stuff!! I've tried lots of banana bread recipes. This one has made it to my recipe box. These muffins were GONE in two days. My husband and kids (and I!) loved them. I used a full bag of mini chocolate chips. They're not too banana-y and are perfectly moist. I'm making them for the second time right now for a potluck tomorrow.

I followed exactly to recipe and this sauce was amazing. I had a friend over and she asked for the recipe on the spot. It was so easy and SO delicious. Thank you for the recipe, we'll be using it for years to come!!!!
