Fresh Fruit Salad
Kept dip separate - but it was VERY good! Used strawberries, blueberries, peaches, cantelope and honeydew. Got great reviews from everyone who ate it!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
SO incredible! If you are a pb lover, this is a must. A prior review or two indicated it did not come out fluffy. You really need to mix it for no less than the time it calls for in the recipe to get it to that light fluffy consistency. I also used 1 exta T of milk (actually, used 1/2 milk and 1/2 of half & half). This was probably the best pb topping on brownies I ever had. Since there was some left over, I refrigerated for a while, then rolled them into balls and dipped in dark chocolate. Mmmmm!!!!
