Tomato-Topped Sole
Very light, tasty dish. Loved the way everything worked together. Will definitely make this again.

Country Green Beans
I didn't have any ham to put in it and I substituted veggie stock for the water, but this was sooo good! I had green beans right out of the garden and this recipe did them justice. This will be my go-to recipe from now on. Delicious!

Grilled Tropical Tuna Steaks
Did not care for this at all. The hoisin sauce really didn't combine well with the other ingredients. Maybe leaving that out would work, but will not make this again.
