Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
These were super yummy! I just changed a couple things: I added 1/4cup ground flax seed, about 2tblspoons cinnamon, and more vanilla. I also used 2 bananas, coconut oil instead of veggie oil, and I ended up adding probably another cup or so of milk and water to thin them out since they were pretty thick, but that's probably because of the other stuff I added. But turned out to be probably my favorite pancakes I've ever made. But I topped them with whipped cream and strawberries so that's hard to beat in general =)
