This recipe is easy and super-delicious. Add a little zest and it's a masterpiece. I brought it to a potluck and the tray got devoured. It made a 6'4" man dance with glee. You won't be disappointed.

If you're reading reviews, you're probably wondering, "do I want to spend all this money on ingredients?" - YES!! This recipe is EXCELLENT! I agree with welldone's review, the granola doesn't appear "crunchy" until it cools a little, so take it out after the suggested time. I didn't have all the ingredients so made a few subs: - I ran out of oat bran, so topped it up with 1/4 cup of ground flax - I ran out of oatmeal, so added extra walnuts This recipe is a keeper- I'll make it again and again. Thanks!!
