I am 18 years old and cooking has been something I've done as both a chore and as an interest throughout my life. I am the oldest girl of the family, so I've begun cooking at an early age. I took Home Economics - Food Preparation in school. I like trying new recipes and also coming up with my own. So I really enjoy cooking my personal recipe I have for rice. I love my Grandma's waffles and special waffle sauce, topped with freshly glazed strawberries. She makes that as dessert often when we come over. Cooking a large fancy dinner basically all by myself for guests. I remember when I made my first cake. My mom didn't want me to handle cracking the eggs by myself, but I insisted. I dropped it on the floor. :(
