Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
This was SO EASY! However, I added a lot more seasoning to the tongue in the crockpot and it did wonders! I seasoned it with garlic salt, Tony Chachere's, and McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning. It came out to be the best shredded beef I've ever had in my life!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was a very easy, great potato soup recipe. However, I did add chives, bacon bits and cilanto. I thought cilanto would really add some interesting flavor and it did! My family said they wanted more cilanto next time! It's now a family fav!
