I've been using allrecipes as a staple website for finding recipes for about 4 years now, so i figured it was finally time to get offical and sign up! My father has been a professional cook since the mid 70s and I love anything to do with culinary field. Ive spent nearly 10 years working for upscale restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. I am currently a full time wine educator and I also do catering on the side. Im a lucky mom of 2 wonderful and handsome sons. Gourmet, ethnic world cuisne, american, mexican, zucchini bread... you name it! Rooted deep in Polish tradition, my grandmas perogis are the best! I turned on a pot to make hard boiled eggs and forgot I left them boiling in the water. I left the house and returned 3 hours later to the most horrific smell Ive ever experienced, not to mention a kitchen completely covered in splattered burned egg remains!
