This was soooo yummy!! We added cooked noodles to the crockpot after the stroganoff was done and it almost filled the whole thing, so there was plenty to go around.

This recipie gave us fantastic pork chops, after a few modifications. After 6 min. in the pan, my pork chops were no where near done. I added some apple juice to the baking dish, covered it with foil and baked the pork chops for 45minutes. It was dissaponting to have to wait the extra time for dinner, but I will know to plan that time in for the next go round.

This was a hit with family and coworkers. We used the boxed stuffing (Leftovers are too precious to put in a casserole:-) and a jar of gravy (this years gravy as a bit of a fiasco:-/) Even with the less than homemade ingredients this was still a very tasty, easy to make dish.
