I have been married to Andy for 15 years. His boys live in Adelaide, South Australia. My daughter lives in Wollongong, New South Wales [1 hr south of Sydney] with her husband Anthony and baby Joshua. Andy and I have lived in Brisbane for 5 years and love it. I love to cook desserts, fudge and sometimes cakes and muffins. I am just getting into slow cooking. My mum used to bake pavlova every year at Christmas. I really would like to give it a go sometime. I always cook fudge at Christmas, except since we have been in Brisbane, it is too humid at Christmas to make it set properly so I have to re-arrange the ingredient volumes.
