Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
I used kimberlycancook's modified version of this recipe and it was excellent. Very easy to make. Her version is perfect for marinating 2 chicken breasts.

Lemony Shrimp over Brown Rice
Lacked flavor... I made this recipe according to the directions. I used pinot grigio as the white wine. Shrimp were cooked perfectly. However, the meal was not flavorful enough to satisfy my husband and my tastes. We added pepper, more garlic, and red pepper which improved the taste. One of the previous reviews mentioned adding onion. Maybe this recipe would be better if onion was added.

Chicago Dip
I made this recipe for a bridal shower for 20 women. It was a hit. I served it cold in the bread bowl on a tray with bread, crackers, small tomatoes, celery, peppers, and carrots. A previous reviewer mentioned that it was difficult to get the water out of the spinach. I put the spinach in a strainer and put pressure on top of the spinach (which worked for me). This dip tastes great and is super easy to make. I will make again.
