Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Awesome! Followed instructions to a T (doubled the rub, as I had a 5 lb roast). Turned out perfect. Think this could easily replace the prime rib roast at Christmas!!

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken
Delicious! So tender and flavorful. Got a rave review from the hubby. Will definitely make this again. I did not have any parsley, but can't imagine that would have made it all that much better. I also added lemon pepper to the sauce and dredged the chicken in egg before the flour mix, as suggested by others. YUMMY!

Chicken In Sour Cream
Excellent! I basically followed the directions but used cream of chicken and roasted garlic soup and added broccoli florets before baking. Next time I will use fat free cream of chicken soup and sour cream. I think it will also be just as good and a bit healthier with boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
