Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Herb-Garlic-Pepper Coating
Came out great- but mine looked WAY different than this picture. Did I do something wrong?

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Been a member for a LONG time- and until recently have never rated/reviewed. THIS IS AWESOME. I make this several times a year (in the oven). Someone wrote it MUST be in a slow cooker on low all day? Mine has been great following the directions ... (but obviously, a low slow may be the way to go).

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
let me preface by saying the last time I asked my wife to try pork she emphatically stated where she will shove the aforementioned pork.... That being said; I'm already in the doghouse, so I figured if I made a pork loin for dinner it couldn't be any worse for me (OK- so I'm passive aggressive) - she LOVED it. (She's a big balsamic fan; as well as rosemary/garlic as others have said). I also added potatoes (most were undercooked) and asparagus to the pan.
