Cake Balls

These are absolutely delicious! Very time consuming and messy, but the end result is worth it. I used cherry chip cake mix w/cherry frosting and chocolate covering. Do NOT use chocolate chips for the covering - way too thick! I used Bakers semi-sweet chocolate.

Chocolate Trifle

Absolutely delicious! I've made this several times and every time got rave reviews. I didn't use the entire can of sweetened condensed milk the second time, as the first time I think it was a tad on the sweet side. Both kids and adults have loved this when I've brought it places. Super easy and looks & tastes great!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
I took the short cut that the others suggested and did devils food choc. cake and pillsbury pull apart peanut butter/m&m cookie dough. They turned out awesome! I baked for 18 min and they turned out perfect. About 5 out of the 24 had sunken holes in the middle, but frosting covered that. They're good with and without frosting. I used the betty crocker whipped choc frosting. I would definitely make these again - super easy and delicious!
