Chocolate Cream Pudding
This was a great homemade chocolate pudding. Make sure you temper the eggs and melt your chocolate. I did use a semi-sweet chocolate. I think it would have not been sweet enough for me if I didn't do that.

Easy Pancakes
They were Great!!!...I did only add 2 tsp. instead of the 2 TBS. of baking powder and only a dash of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla. I also added 1/2 cup of Blueberries...Delish....Thanks!!!
