Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These cookies are amazing!!!! I've never recieved as many compliments as I have for these cookies. And even a week later, they're still as soft as when they first come out of the oven!! This will be a recipe that I'll be making for a long time!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very good. Passed on the beans, but still an amazing dish. Kids even liked it!!

Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Excellent!! Mixed the sauce the night before and just left in the fridge overnight. If it weren't for the kids, I would add a bit of Frank's Red Hot Sauce to the mix for a little bit of a kick. But did put some on individual sandwiches and it was amazing!! A DEFINITE repeat!!!!
