I didnt get a chance to make this over the holidays, so I made it last night. I didnt know at the time that my husband doesnt like cranberries. Great!! More for me. I loved it. I didnt put it on anything, Just ate it straight out of the bowl. So good. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I made this part of my Christmas dinner. it was good, kept my oven space free. i didnt care for all of the spices, but it got good reviews. i didnt have to use very much broth in it either, i just kept an eye on it.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

wow i screwed this up. i took the advice and used smaller pans, but they were too small and ended up being more of a chocolate chip cake! i had to bake them forever, but i didnt burn them, and they tasted good. Good recipe! i will make them with the right size pan next time!! Definitely recommended!!

Banana Cream Pie I

I just made this pie. i think it would have been better if i waited for it to cool completely. i was just too excited to wait. i also added the meringue since i had leftover egg whites. it turned out awesome. this was my first shot at a Banana Creme pie and it wont be my last. Definitely will make again.Thanks for the recipe.

Famous Pork Chops

I have never made pork chops before, so this was a new experience. My husband loved them, and my son who says he doesnt like pork chops, ate them up without knowing! i added some crushed up cheese crackers and that gave an extra pop. Awesome!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I made this as directed. It set up perfectly and was soft and creamy. but for me, it was way too sweet. I worked on one piece for about an hour! My husband on the other hand, gobbled up 2 pieces like nothing. So, it just depends on what you like. Good recipe though, and sooo easy! Keeper!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Wow, after reading how hard of a time people had making this, i was scared. I followed the advise of using confectioners sugar, and finding that "soft ball" stage of 7-8 minutes, and it turned out perfectly. Didnt last long in our house! It didnt have much of a peanut butter taste, but whatever, it was good, and it set up perfectly!

Lemon Meringue Pie III

This was the best tasting pie ever! I just have a hard time getting meringue to peak, but it still was awesome. It also was a little runny, maybe it should have cooked longer. It didnt matter though, it was gone in two days, thanks to me eating most of it. Lemon Meringue is my absolute favorite but never found a recipe I liked until this one. Even I could do it! Maybe better next time!

Janine's Best Banana Bread

I have such a horrible time getting my banana bread to bake thru the whole way without burning the outside but this was the first one that turned out great. it was a little bland, but maybe i just didnt use enough bananas. will make again, with more.

Snickerdoodles II

This was the first batch of snickerdoodles I ever made and I followed it exactly. I dont always have good luck with cookies, but these turned out perfectly! Definite keeper! Thanks for the addition to my cookie rotation!
