Hi, I am a 24 yr old married gal, living in Dubai. Working and managing home is something I have yet to master (and probably never will!!). I cook dinner (yes only one meal a day!) and still crib about it coz its not out of will!! But I love trying new recipes and am passionate about food (the eating part!!) I dont like normal everyday cooking but prefer making something special. Love trying new desserts. We celebrate a festival called Eid, and every year for breakfast my mom makes Sheerkurma. And for lunch we have fabulous Biryani!! I plan to start some new tradition with my hubby now that I am married. My no bake cheesecake was a hit when I made it the first time. Also the vegetable and chicken biryanis I make are loved by my husband. As an Indian it is difficult trying out western recipes (especially if you have never tasted them!!) and I love making desserts (non Indian). My try at making scones was a disaster. I dont know what it turned out to be. Also, the Tender Coconut Souffle I made was so yucky looking (it has a horrible color). Only my dad managed to eat it (God Bless him) without any fuss!!
