Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Delicious and very easy! I don't know what "traditional" Irish soda bread is supposed to taste like, but this turned out beautifully!

Excellent, very tasty, no problem with anything being too this or that. I did substitue tilapia for the flounder, and diluted the sauce on top just a touch with some evaporated milk (all I had at the time). It's only 180 calories per serving, too (though most of those are from fat *L*)

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Just perfect! Soft on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside, nice texture (not too chewy, not too soft).

Butterscotch Bars II

I just finished baking this, and although my oven itself gave me some trouble (the thermostat in it is unreliable, so that you never know what temperature you're REALLY setting it to), I give it a 4 stars rating. It's GOOD, tasty, soft and chewy, but I wasn't able to achieve the promised "crunchy on the outside" texture. This probably is a fault of the oven, though, as the top bubbled and burned a little. This was just what I was looking for because I wanted simple, easy, and without nuts! You HAVE to let it cool to get the promised results.
