Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
This was a fun recipe to make, very easy too. I followed the recipe to exact, and they are wonderful! My son and husband loved them. I made them for a cookie exchange at work. I know they will be a big hit. I will for sure make these cookies again.

Baked Potato Soup
This was awesome. I did change a few things. I boiled the potatoes in the chicken broth. While I doubled recipe, I only added 1/2 cup of the half & half cream. This was a thick & creamy soup, not thin at all!! My husband absolutely loved it. I will defiantly make this again. Very Good!!!!

Roasted Pork Loin
This was absolutley delish!! I made it for company that stayed with us over the weekend, and all I heard all weekend was how wonderful my roast was, will definatley make this again. Very, Very, Very yummy!!!
