I lost my original copy of this recipe and have spent the last 30 minutes looking for this! Don't lose it--you'll never find a better recipe...Ask my boyfriend and his family. Since I usually don't make enough bruschetta for the tomato mix, I use it later by tossing it with pasta. It is the perfect side dish!!
