I mastered the most amazing muffins I've ever tasted.
My cooking tragedies
When I was 12 or 13 I made a funfetti cake from a box and within an hour it had fallen apart in the cake keeper. Still got eaten, and it tasted fine...just a little too fragile.

Red Velvet Cake
I just made this, and it came out pretty decent. Instead of making my own icing I chose to use the store bought cream cheese icing, and it came out good. I'm overall satisfied..just not as rich as I'm use to it being...I'll have to experiment with it a little more. Thanks for the recipe though! It's a great place for me to start!

Quick and Easy Brownies
I tried this recipe...it made a little more than I had hoped, but they seem to be a hit with the family, and that's all that really matters. Overall, a great recipe!
