Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
I was really impressed at how easy and tasty this was! I'm not a fan of canned chicken, but it's not bad in a pinch. I've used cooked shredded leftover chicken. Initially I couldn't find the tomatoes called for, so I dumped in a jar of salsa. Fabulous!!! And with the addition of the tortilla chips and cheese-one word-YUM!!! Thank you so much for this easy and yummy recipe!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Oh my God, this is AWESOME! And SO easy to make! I've made it for a couple parties and also for my family. It is comfort food at it's finest. One note though that I learned on my own-don't use honey ham. The sweetness conflicts with the creamy cheesy flavor.

Seven Layer Bars
Very easy to make, and very good! The flavors and textures mix so well, it's almost the perfect cookie! Even my father, who hates coconut liked it! I continue to make this over and over as it has tastes for everyone. Thank you!
