Chicken Katsu
Good but not much flavor.... If made again, I think I will add a little seasoning.

Cornbread Muffins I
Made exactly as directed using canned corn instead of frozen and COARSE ground cornmeal. Gave them that hearty old fashioned taste. Sweet and moist...just delicious!

Baby Back Ribs
Sooo Easy! I have made this recipe several times now. I always open up the foil pouches for the last half hour to brown the ribs. Be sure to place a cookie sheet or foil on the rack below as the juices sometimes leak out of the foil. Delicious!
