Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

I really liked this recipe a lot, but I did figure out that I don't like Thyme or Port Wine. I won't ever make a recipe with these ingredients again. Back to this recipe, I really enjoyed the blue cheese with bread crumbs topping the steak..that was fantastic! I really enjoyed the sauce, but again thyme and port wine are not my fav. I wonder if there is an alternative here. Overall really great though! My husband enjoyed it.

Pan Sauteed Chicken with Vegetables and Herbs

The recipe was really good..I didn't really like the breaded chicken with the broth, it sort of made is soggy. Maybe i didn't make it right. The veggies were SO good with the chicken. I'd definitely recommend it.

Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine

This recipe is so amazing! My husband loved it and said that it tasted even better than something he would get in a restaurant! He wants me to make it all the time now. The only modification I have to the recipe is, add mushrooms if you like them and sautee them in with the garlic, olive oil, spinach mixture. So good! Broiling the sausage is brilliant, I would have never thought of doing that, ever!
