Apple Cole Slaw
Add some dill & poppy seeds; also explore adding some buttermilk. My guests raved. My only critique is that it was a little too much on the sweet side...it probably only needs 1/4 c. of sugar or less instead of 1/3c., but with some vinegar or buttermilk, it balanced out nicely and it was delish!

Carol's Chicken Salad
YUM! I added dill & it gave such a nice flavor, but I'm also a huge fan of dill. Definitely put this on croissants!! It was delicious - and a big hit at our Mothers' Day luncheon. I left out water chestnuts and it was perfectly fine.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad
I added dill and used course brown mustard instead of plain yellow; the dill & horseradish flavor makes this salad even better. I also was cooking chicken simultaneously, so I threw in some chicken broth into the pot the potatoes were boiling in. If you're looking for a classic potato salad w/ great flavor (not too mayo-y, not too mustard-y), I'd say this is the recipe! It's going in my permanent recipe notebook as my go-to potato salad recipe!
