Sunday Brunch Casserole

Sooooo good! I made it Christmas Eve, covered it and put it in the fridge. Christmas morning it was cooking while we where opening presents. A big hit for the adults & kids.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious! I didn't have any rolled oats so I put in a full 2 cups of choc. chips. So easy, quick and tasty!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Sooo good...oooey gooey! You can taste the pudding and the chocolate chips. Great for a cake or cupcake. I've also used it with a whipped ganache filling and ganache glaze. This is my "go to" chocolate recipe.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Delicious! Cut your apples thick, because they thin out when they cook. Also, when I poured the sauce over the pie, the crust started to melt. I thought they pie was a failure, but stuck it in the over anyway. The crust rose and ended up looking great!
