Chicken Florentine Casserole

FANTASTIC! Family loved it. Used fresh spinach (uncooked) cubed cooked chicken and real bacon instead of bacon bits. Served it over Fettucine pasta. This is a keeper!

Very good recipe. I did tweak it just a little. I added a can of Mexicorn and a can of kidney beans. I also added some roasted annahiem peppers I froze from our garden. I didn't have any tortilla chips but I'm sure that would have given it an extra crunch. My husband is a very picky eater and he loved this as well. It's a keeper!

Baked Dijon Salmon

I have made salmon many times and used many different recipes. This by far has been my favorite. I used Panko instead of dry bread crumbs as others suggested. It was nice and crunchy. I also used walnuts instead of pecans since that's all I had. It Was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!

Crispy Baked Basa

I thought this was wonderful. I used Panko crumbs like others suggested. I also put some lemon juice in the sauce. I will definitely be making this again. I served it with some fresh asparagus and a cabbage salad with ginger dressing. YUMMY!!!

Spicy Bean Salsa

This was really great. Instead of using the tomatoes, I put in a can of Original Rotel. (You can find it with the other canned tomatoes) I still added a few canned jalapenos because we like it a little spicy. My husband told me I can make this for him anytime and he's very picky with his food. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

I just tried my first cookie from this recipe. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I added coconut, white chocolate chips and walnuts and I used French Vanilla cake mix since it was what I had. I'm not much of a baker but this recipe was obviously so easy and turned out wonderful. Definitely making these again and I'm sure they will go over great at my husbands work. Thanks for the AWESOME recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I gave it 5 stars because I'm just not sure I did it right. I didn't have unsalted butter so I used salted and I added a tablespoon of cinnamon. The pouring was just too thick and never came down so the top is brown. It smells good though :)

Chicken Enchiladas II

This was absolutely delicious! I did add some diced red peppers and half of a jalapeno. I used cheddar and pepper jack cheese too. I also used light Sour Cream and 2% milk. My husband is a fairly picky and honest eater. HE ATE IT UP! No leftovers here and I can't wait to make it again.

Chicken Fiesta Salad

This was excellent!!! Something different and easy. I did add some pepper jack cheese to put on top. I think it may be better if it's grilled rather then on the stove. Will definitely make again!
