Szechwan Shrimp
Seriously, could this recipe be any easier or quicker...and it is so good! I was surprised, as I am not a ketchup fan. The recipe is great as is, but I have made a few changes for my family. I double the sauce ingredients, replace 1 Tbsp of ketchup with 1 Tbsp chili paste. I also use about 2 tsp of freshly grated ginger instead of ground ginger, I think that makes a big difference. I add some veggies, and viola, delish meal in minutes. Thank you so much for posting the recipe!
