Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Very good! I'm not sure if I added a little more flour, or it was just the impact of using whole wheat flour instead of processed white flour, but I didn't find the dough sticky at all. The cookies came out of the oven rather puffy, but flattened beautifully on their own as they cooled. This is a very easy recipe, and the results are delicious!
